Rupture trachéale au décours d'un traumatisme thoracique : intérêt diagnostique de la fibroscopie bronchique et de la tomodensitométrie hélicoïdale

Summary We report a case of tracheobronchial disruption in a 26-year-old man's motorbike accident. We recall the circumstances and the clinical presentations which must lead to a fiberoptic bronchoscopy as soon as possible. This exam remains essantial to the diagnosis before any surgical treatment.
