(ORYCTOLAGUS CUNICULUS)

2018
The work is devoted to the role of pine needles (Pinus sylvestris) on the processes of oxidative modification of proteins (OMP), lipid peroxidation (LPO), as well as the activity of antioxidant: catalase and superoxide dismutase (SOD) enzymes in the blood plasma European rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus). The effect of pine needles on OMP, LPO, activity of SOD and catalase was revealed. A decrease in OMP products during the study period was recorded, a statistically significant decrease was observed on the 3rd day after the introduction into the diet of needles. A similar picture is observed with LPO. SOD increases its activity on the 3rd day of the experiment. The catalase activity does not change significantly.
