Vinegar drink having a blood pressure reducing effect and a method of producing

A vinegar beverage with an efficacy of reducing blood pressure and a production method thereof. Kendir leaves, cassia seed and uncaria are immersed, decocted, filtered and evaporated to extract traditional Chinese medicine solid particles; the traditional Chinese medicine solid particles are fermented with diced grapefruit pulp, watermelon pulp, sugar and vinegar and extracted to obtain the vinegar beverage. The vinegar beverage of the invention has efficacy of reducing blood pressure, with an effective rate of more than 85%. The vinegar beverage of the invention has no bitter, unsmooth or stink smell of a traditional Chinese medicine but has characteristic of sweet and sour taste of fruit vinegar, and is tasty, curative and especially suitable for children drinking. Besides, the vinegar beverage can be preserved for a long time and poured out for drinking at any time conveniently.
