Frazionamento di miscele idrocarburiche complesse mediante LC

A liquid-chromatographic procedure has been developed to fractionate heavy feeds into four main compound class group-type fractions (saturate hydrocarbons, aromatic and non-polar heteroiaromatic hydrocarbons, basic nitrogen compounds, acid compounds). The separation is performed eluting the sample, adsorbed on neutral alumina, with solvents of different polarity. The degree of overlapping among fractions has been assessed by different model compounds
