IL15 Agonists Overcome the Immunosuppressive Effects of MEK Inhibitors

Small molecules used as anticancer-targeted therapies have significant immunosuppressive effects by interfering with signaling pathways that are critical for T-cell responses, but in cases of MEK inhibitors, these effects can be effectively rescued by IL15 superagonists available for clinical administration.
