Koncentrace IgG, IgA, IgM, C3 a C4 slozek komplementu u dětí zdravych a u dětí dispenzarizovanych v alergologicko-imunologické ambulanci

2001
During the last 15 years methods for examination of plasma proteins in immunological laboratories changed fundamentally. Examination by radial immunodiffuzion was abondoned in favour of turbidometric methods or lase nephelometry. In the submitted paper the authors compare the concentrations of IgG, IgA, IgM, C3 and C4 complement constituent in healthy children without clinical signs of allergic disease or immunodeficiency and in children under dispensary care of the allergological and immunological out-patient department. The results were evaluated by using standards stratified according to age and sex. Among the dispensarized children there were significantly more children with low C3 and C4 levels and with higher IgA concentrations. The IgM and IgG concentrations did not differ.
