[How to use assist devices effectively in off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery].

Abstract Off-pump coronary artery bypass is a technically demanding procedure, which is, however, widely performed in Japan. In this paper, most widely used assist devices such as tissue stabilizers, heart positioners, intraluminal coronary artery shunts and proximal anastomosis assist devices are introduced along with tips of usage.
