Failure Analysis and Terms to Water Leaking of the Flexible Rubber Bellows in Pressure

In the pressure test of a new type of the flexible double spherical rubber bellows,the water leaking was occurring.In this paper the water leaking failure source was studied and failure terms was carried out experimentally.Through the analysis of the installation,seal surface situation and the breaking joint of tyre fabrics of the flexible bellow,combining the structural analysis of KST-F(0)G flexible bellow,the conclusion was obtained that the water leaking failure was caused mainly by incorrect installation.The experiment set shown the same water leaking failure and demonstrated the above conclusion.Some installation rules of the flexible double spherical rubber bellows were provided.
