Tratamiento de pliegues del lentículo tras cirugía LASIK Treatment of flap striae after LASIK surgery

Case report: We present a 29-year-old woman who had undergone Lasik surgery. She presents low visual acuity since surgery and shows no improvement with correction. Flap striae are observed in both eyes. Discussion: Flap striae is one of the Lasik complications. They can produce a decrease in visual acuity and in contrast sensitivity. One of the possible treatments is the ironing of flap striae. In order to achieve functional recovery it should be performed within a short time after surgery.
