Summary Subcutaneous Granuloma Annulare (SGA) is a rare clinical form of granuloma annulare, more common in childhood. The clinical presentation is a painless subcutaneous nodules located in scalp or extremities. Diagnosis is based on medical history, clinical findings and histopathology. Differential diagnosis is necessary with respect to nodular lesions of rheumatoid arthritis. Lesions tend to be self-limiting. Here we report a case of a female patient, of 16 years old, treated with oral isotretinoin successfully.
