Clinical application of homemade tirofiban used upstream of pre-interventional treatment in patients diagnosed high risk NSTE-ACS

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of homemade tirofiban used upstream of pre-interventional for PCI in the patients diagnosed high risk NSTE-ACS.Methods One hundred patients with high risk NSTEACS were randomly divided into test group (n =51)and control group (n =49).Tirofiban was pumped continuously in the test group for 36 hours in the upstream of pre-interventional whereas the control group didn' t.Conventional therapies were given to all patients.To observe the level and upgrade ratio of myocardial injury markers cTnT and CK-MB as visiting the cardiac physician,6 hours and 12 hours after operation,the situation of blood flow after PCI,the incidence of adverse events and bleeding complications in one month in two groups.Results Myocardial injury markers had no significantly different between test group and control group as visiting the cardiac physician.However,the level and upgrade ratios of cTnT and CK-MB at the 6 hours and 12 hours after operation was obviously lower in test group than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with control group,the incidence of slow flow after PCI was decreased significantly in test group(23.5％ vs 44.9％,P ＜ 0.05).There were no significant differences in occurrence of adverse events and bleeding complication in one month between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Tirofiban used upstream of pre-interventional treatment can effectively and safely decrease the myocardial injury and the incidence of slow flow in the high risk NSTEACS patients.
