Interaction of 3,3',4,4',5,5'-hexametoxystilbene with 3,6-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazine

Natural stilbenes are of significant interest for their wide range of biological activity and other prospects for the development of medical and bioorganic chemistry. The most well-known of stilbenoids is resveratrol, which is produced by some plants in response to mechanical damage or injured by microorganisms and bacteria. Resveratrolis interesting for the chemical and biological industry for its wide spectrum of biological activity. However, it cannot be considered as a medicine because of its poor bioavailability and fast metabolism. The synthesis of a close analog such as 3,3',4,4',5,5'-hexamethoxystilbene (HMS) and coupling of its with an azaheterocyclic compounds, will provide a new series of compounds with potential biological activity against socially significant compounds.
