Комплексная характеристика качества жизни больных на гемодиализе в Новосибирской области

Quality of life (LQ) is modern criterion of efficiency of treatment. LQ of 70 patients (44 men and 26 women) with the terminal chronic kidney failure, who receive the therapy of hemodialysis in regional nephrological center on the base of SBHE «Novosibirsk regional hospital», is studied. Middle age of patients is 39,07 ± 0,99 years (from 23 till 62 years). Duration of program hemodialysis application fluctuated from 6 to 226 months (on the average there were 81,8 ± 5,8 months). The depression of value judgment level on physical and mental scale of LQ is confirmed with «SF-36 Health Status Survey» questionnaire. The dependence of LQ key parameters on age and duration of dialysis treatment is presented.
