A 22-year-old man presented to our hospital with a 10-day history of a frontal headache, chills, and lethargy, associated with rhinorrhea and a nonproductive cough. The patient was originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo and had been living in a refugee camp in Uganda, near Kampala, for the
