Key Clinical Message If we had a case with angiographic peri-stent contrast staining(PSS)s after the first-generation sirolimus-eluting stent, we need a further observation using coronary imaging modalities to evaluate the risk of very late stent thrombosis due to PSSs and to continue or to resume the dual antiplatelet therapy if necessary.
