The invention discloses a recording system and method of a call center based on Softpbx. The recording system includes a recording module which includes control unit and a data unit. The control unit is used for obtaining a recording request sent by a recording file server of a CTI system and responding to the recording request. The data unit is used for obtaining voice streams of a call in a custom service call process, coding the voice streams as media streams, and sending the media streams to the recoding file server. The recording system and method of the call center based on Softpbx make up the deficiency of high cost of the current recording system, and reach the effects of cost reduction and easy implementation.
