The Simulation Research of Power Distributor Based on RTDS

With the rapid development of the energy Internet, parallel operation between power grids is an inevitable trend, and energy scheduling between power grids is particularly important. This paper proposes a power splitter for connecting various power grids, including distributed power grids, large power grids and passive distribution networks. It can realize energy dispatch between power grids and has power quality management functions. This paper first introduces the topology, working principle and functional advantages of the power splitter; then proposes a control strategy and operation mode for energy scheduling, and builds a simulation model of the power splitter on the RTDS system. The final test proves: The power splitter is connected to multiple asynchronous grids, and the grid connection speed is fast and the impact is small. After parallel operation, the power flow direction and size of the power grid are flexibly controlled, and the reactive power compensation function is provided to improve the power quality of the grid.
