Curative effect of Qingkailing and reductive glutathione on medicamentous liver lesion

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Qingkailing and reductive glutathione on anti-TB-induced hepatitis patients. Methods There 228 inpatients suffered from hepatitis resulted from anti-tuberculous drugs during Jun,2007 and Jun.,2009 were randomly divided into into treatment group and control group each consisted of 114 cases . The former was treated with Qingkailing and reductive glutathione,but the latter was treated with routine drugs. Results The effect in treatment group was markedly over the control group. The effective rate of two groups in one week was significantly different (P 0.05). Conclusion Qingkailing and reductive glutathione can alleviate the clinical manifestations of drug induced hepatitis within s week,but it also can improve liver function in addition to safety and worthwile for clinical use
