Measurement of pp elastic parameters at √s=1.8 Tev

Abstract A measurement of the total nuclear cross section, σ t , the ratio of the real to the imaginary part of the forward nuclear elastic scattering amplitude, ϱ, and the nuclear slope parameter, B, for p p elastic scattering at √S = 1.8 TeV, is presented. We find σ t =72.8±3.1 b, ϱ =0.140±.069 and B=16.99±47 (GeV/c) −2 .
