The Design and Research For CNC Drilling Machine bed About reducing Weight Based on APDL

The finite element analysis of the CNC drilling machine bed was made by adopting parametric design language APDL;and then the design and research for CNC drilling machine bed about reducing weight was made under to guarantee the original strength and stiffness of the bed.The results show that the stress distribution of bed is more reasonable and 15.26% of its weight loss,and the maximum deformation difference from 0.016942mm reduced to 0.014873mm of the contact surface with the column and improving the machining performance.
