Study On Self-service Total Rewards and Its Feasibility in China

Complete reward system is the most useful tool that attracts, motivate s, develops and keeps talented people in the drastic competition. However, historic idea of reward design hasn't satisfied individual demands of modem Rev ple. The article proposes a complete new model of reward management, which can s trengthen motivating function of rewards. The total rewards emphasies the hum anity and shows its special charm.
