Gradually progressive increasing left thigh swelling in a young woman.

A 22-year old female presented with a gradually increasing swelling in the left thigh for last one year. There was no history of pain, trauma, fever, or any other systemic symptoms. On examination, the swelling measured 8.5 x 8 cm, firm, mobile, non-tender, and was not attached to the overlying skin.
