Experiment study on the effects of intraoperative controlled hypotension in improvement of the hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury in rabbits

2018
Objective To study the effects of controlled hypertension on improving the hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods Rabbits were selected as the research objects, and were grouped for controlled experiments. The blood biochemistry, inflammatory factors and pathological sections before and after operation in experimental group and control group were detected and compared. Results ① The pathological changes such as liver cell morphology, micro thrombosis and inflammatory cells infiltration of experimental group were better than those of control group.② The levels of alanine aminotransferase, aspartic transaminase, interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor-α in experimental group before and after operation were significantly better than those in control group, correspondingly (P<0.05). Conclusions Controlled hypotension plays an important role in the improvement of hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury in rabbits; it is safe and reliable so that can be popularized clinically.
