The role and mechanism of long noncoding RNA ROR in malignant tumors

2018
Non-coding RNA(ncRNA) is the RNA species that does not participate in protein coding. The majority of ncRNA are more than 200nt in length, which are called long non-coding RNA(lncRNA). Abnormal expression of lncRNAs plays an important role in tumor development and migration.lncRNA have already become another research hot spot after microRNAs and siRNAs.Large intergenic ncRNA regulator of reprogramming(lincRNA ROR) has multiple biological functions and plays an important role in reprogramming, which provides a new target in tumor diagnosis and treatment. Key words: Large intergenic ncRNA regulator of reprogramming; Reprogramming; Malignant tumor
