Endoscopic Treatment in Chronic Pancreatitis

Endoscopic treatment of chronic pancreatitis (CP) has drawn benefits from endoscopic procedures which have mainly been described for the main bile duct. This endoscopic therapy reproduces all the surgical methods which are used by the surgeon with the exception of resection of the pancreas.
