The invention relates to a method for recycling waste heat of a cumyl hydroperoxide concentration improvement system of a phenol-acetone device. The method mainly solves the problem that in the prior art, energy consumption is high. According to the method for recycling the waste heat of the cumyl hydroperoxide concentration improvement system of the phenol-acetone device, the technical means that oxidation reactor fed materials and first-stage concentration improvement tower top discharged materials are subjected to heat exchange in a first-stage concentration improvement tower top heat exchanger is adopted, the technical aims of reducing 0.21 kg/kg phenol of low-pressure steam and reducing 11.0 kg/kg phenol of cooling water are achieved, and the method can be suitable for the operating and running process of different conditions of normal working conditions, driving working conditions and emergency stopping working conditions. According to the technical scheme, the problem is solved well, and the method can be used for recycling the waste heat of the cumyl hydroperoxide concentration improvement system of the phenol-acetone device.
