Lateral thoracic artery aneurysm with lung abscess and empyema caused by Streptococcus intermedius

This is a case of pseudoaneurysm associated with lung abscess caused by Streptococcusintermedius. This infection can be fatal, as these bacteria can invade the vascular wall and induce lethal hemorrhage.
