Review of recent work on photoelectrochemical processes in Japan

Work on photoelectrochemical processes in Japan is divided into two categories for review: photogalvanic cells and semiconductor solar cells. Titanium oxide electrodes, II-VI, III-V, and other compound semiconductors, and dye sensitization are discussed. (MHR)
