Analysis of Population Genetic Characters of RYR1 Gene in Kele Pigs

RYR1 is one of the main candidate genes for pock of poor quality and porcine stress syndrome.In this study,RYR1 gene variants of 45 Kele pigs were detected by PCR-RFLP,and test data were validated by direct sequencing.Results showed that two genotypes(HalNN and HalNn) except for Halnn were found,HalNN was advantage genotype and frequency was 0.9111,HalN was advantage allele and frequency was 0.9556,while the variant in RYR1 gene was low polymorphic and unfitted Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium with χ2-fitness test in Kele pigs.The obtained data provided a basis for breeding and exploitation of Kele pigs.
