Azimuthal and rapidity correlations in collisions of {sup 22}Ne with emulsion nuclei at 4.1A GeV/c and {pi}{sup {minus}}p collisions at 40 GeV/c
1994
The x{sup 2}-criterion is used for studying azimuthal and rapidity correlations in nucleus-nucleus and hadron-hadron interactions. The kinematic azimuthal correlations are detected in {pi}{sup {minus}}p collisions at 40 GeV/c. The azimuthal correlations associated with the development of the intranuclear cascade and rapidity correlations due to fluctuations of the number of nucleons in a projectile and a target participating in the interaction are detected in (Ne + Em) collisions at 4.1A GeV/c. 4 refs., 5 figs.
