Symmetrical mixing loading system on aerial work platform

2011
The utility model discloses a symmetrical mixing loading system on an aerial work platform. A rotary table of the loading system adopts a unique double-vertical-plate structure to form two box structures, so that the stability of the vertical plates is improved, the stress and wall thickness of each vertical plate are effectively reduced, and the stability of the rotary table is further improved. The rotary table supports a telescopic boom jointly with a folding arm with a structure of two parallelograms in parallel through the double-vertical-plate structure, so that side bending moment is eliminated, the stress of the folding arm can be more reasonable, the stress of an amplitude cylinder of the folding arm is less, the size and weight of the folding arm steel structure and the cylinder are reduced greatly simultaneously, and the mass of the whole machine is reduced. In addition, certain space is reserved through unique arrangement of the double-vertical-plate structure, so that the telescopic boom can be arranged, the outline size of the whole machine can be reduced, and the whole machine can be more compact and attractive. As the folding arm with the structure of two parallelograms in parallel is additionally arranged on the basis of the telescopic boom of the loading system, so that the operating height and working range can be further increased.
