Case 2-2014

A 44-year-old man was seen in the urology clinic because of a penile lesion that had been enlarging for 6 months. Examination and imaging revealed an ulcerated mass and enlarged inguinal lymph nodes. A diagnostic procedure was performed, and management decisions were made.
