STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP OF PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH OF PREGNANT WOMAN AND THEIR EDUCATIONAL LEVEL AND AGE

[Objective] To understand the mental health state of pregnant women in the second trimester in order to facilitate psychological intervention timely and with direction.[Methods] SCL-90 was performed in the 446 pregnant women for evaluating the state of their mental health.Carrie out spearman correlation and Kruskal-Wallis Test to find the relationship between second trimester women' age,gestational age,educational background and the state of mental health during the period of their pregnancy.[Results] A negative correlation was found between the second trimester women's age and the SCL-90 test scores.The mental health status of pregnant women in 26-30 years and 31-35 years groups were better respectively than that of 20-25 years and 36-41 years groups.The mean rank of highly educated pregnant women was lower than those with low educational level.[Conclusion] The mental health status of pregnant women in 26-30 years and 31-35 years groups are better respectively than that of 20-25 years and 36-41 years groups.Moreover,low-level educated pregnant women easily suffer from anxiety and psychotic symptoms.
