TCR diversity detection and library construction based on high-throughput sequencing

The invention relates to a method for constructing a sequencing library of a variable region (V region) of TRB gene and a kit for the method. Furthermore, the sequencing library performs quick and convenient low-cost detection and identification on the V region expression information of TRB gene in the TCR immune library by using new-generation sequencing technology.
