Endodontic management of mandibular second molar with single root and canal

Wide range of variations occurs on mandibular molar tooth. Such a variation in root morphology affects on successful endodontic management. This case report presents an unusual case of mandibular second molar with single root and root canal and its management. Knowledge about the morphologic variations of the tooth and its endodontic management is necessary for successful dental treatment.
