The authors evaluated 4 strategies for distributing antiviral medications to hospital workers and 3 purchasing options for obtaining the medications. They conclude that the best option, from a financial perspective, for most hospitals is just-in-time purchase, and they recommend that hospitals prioritize staff based on their risk of exposure and their effect on continuity of hospital operations.
