A Facile Supercontinuum-based Method for Broadband Spectrally Resolved Stimulated Raman Scattering Microscopy

We for the first time proposed a facile supercontinuum-based broadband (theoretically above 3500 cm -1 ) stimulated Raman scattering spectral bioimaging microscopy. The sample of water-lipid mixture was spectrally resolved imaging with efficient time-delay adjustment.
