Introduction: Sarcoidosis is a multi-organ disease with a wide range of clinical manifestations and outcomes. A quarter of sarcoidosis patients require long-term treatment for chronic disease. A review of the available literature was performed searching PubMed and an expert opinion regarding specific therapy was developed.
