The underground tunnel two-side convergence and deformation electronic measurement device comprises three parts including a tunnel two-side displacement convergence measuring point fixing device, a deformation sensing device and a displacement convergence data collecting device. The tunnel two-side displacement convergence measuring point fixing device comprises a stay wire displacement sensor fixing component (4) and a lifting hook fixing component (5); the deformation sensing device comprises a stay wire displacement sensor (3), a steel stay wire (6) and a lifting hook (8) in sequence; the stay wire displacement sensor (3) is fixed to the stay wire displacement sensor fixing component (4); the lifting hook (8) is hung on a lifting hook fixing point (13) of the lifting hook fixing component (5); a collecting instrument data line (7) is connected to a collecting instrument port (14) of a collecting instrument (2). The invention further provides the underground tunnel two-side convergence and deformation electronic measurement method. The underground tunnel two-side convergence and deformation electronic measurement device is convenient to carry, measurement is convenient and rapid, uniqueness of the measuring point is ensured, locating accuracy is ensured, and data are reliable. Due to the fact that the measuring point is fixed, the stay wire displacement sensor is detached after measuring the displacement and is reinstalled when measuring the displacement next time, and the repeated utilization rate of the device is improved.
