2019
Summary Tricuspid regurgitation is a common finding following implantation of a pacemaker or defibrillator lead in the right ventricle. Occasionally this may result in severe tricuspid regurgitation with clinical findings including C-V waves in the JVP known as Lancisi’s sign. It is important to be aware of the relationship, mechanism and treatment of severe tricuspid regurgitation as a result of a lead in the right ventricle.
