Analysis and Design of Hydrostatic Transmission System in Forklift

The hydrostatic transmission DA valve regulation principle was analyzed,the merits of the hydrostatic transmission stepless speed regulation,the power distribution,the automatic bending moment adjustment were summarized.The cross country forklift hydrostatic transmission system was designed,the problems about the heat dissipation,the hydraulic fluid clean and the stalling of engine were proposed in the hydrostatic transmission design,and the solution was given.
