Laboratory examination and molecular typing for one case of brucellosis in Jiangsu Province.

To use antibody detection and molecular tying to diagnose a brucellosis susected atient clinically,antibody was detected by rose bengal late agglutination test and serum agglutination test,and secific gene of Brucella were detected by CR and DNA sequencing.Detection result showed that serum antibody in the atient was ositives and the isolate was identified as Brucella melitensis by CR.It's indicated that the athogenic microorganism that infected human is Brucella melitensis.
