Pectoral block versus paravertebral block: methodological concerns.

To the Editor We read with great interest Jin et al ’s[1][1] recently published meta-analysis on pectoral block (PECS) versus paravertebral block (PVB). Although the authors stated that PECS and PVB are comparable in terms of postoperative analgesic efficacy, there exist several methodological
