The invention provides a frequency self-adaptation method used for a hearing aid. The frequency self-adaptation method used for the hearing aid includes the steps: S1, conducting analog-to-digital conversion on environment sound information which comprises sound frequency information; S2, judging whether the sound frequency information coincides with the preset sound frequency information, entering the step S4 when the sound frequency information coincides with preset sound frequency information and entering the step S3 when the sound frequency information does not coincide with the preset sound frequency information; S3, adjusting the sound frequency information and enabling the sound frequency information to drop in the preset sound frequency range and entering the step S4; S4, conducting analog-to-digital conversion on digitized audio and outputting the audio. The invention further discloses a frequency self-adaptation device used for the hearing aid. The frequency self-adaptation method and the device used for the hearing aid can conduct frequency adjustment on sound in a specific frequency section, translate the frequency of signals in the specific frequency section to a frequency section where a patient can well hear and improve hearing aiding quality of the hearing aid.
