Interaction of mercury(II) cyanide with ligands containing nitrogen donor atoms
1976
Abstract The stabilities of complexes formed in aqueous solution between mercury(II) cyanide and various amines were studied pH-metrically at 25°C and an ionic strength of 0.1M. The results point to chelate and statistical effects, the different donor abilities of the NH 2 and NH groups, and the high stability of five-membered rings.
