Method for preparing polyhalogenated hydrocarbon through telomerization

2015
The invention discloses a method for preparing polyhalogenated hydrocarbon through telomerization. According to the method, chlorinated hydrocarbon R1R2CCl2 and olefin CH2 = CR3R4 perform telomerization reaction to prepare the polyhalogenated hydrocarbon in the presence of a telomerization catalyst, the reaction temperature is 25-100 DEG C, and the reaction time is 0.5-10 hours. The telomerization catalyst consists of a main catalyst, a catalyst promoter and an organic activator, wherein the main catalyst is halogenated copper salt or halogenated ferric salt, the catalyst promoter is alkyl phosphate ester, diisopropyl phosphite or organic tertiary amine, the organic activator is azodiisobutyronitrile, 2,2'-azobis(4-methoxy-2,4-dimethylvaleronitrile), 1,1'-azobis-cyclohexanecarbonitril, 2,3,4,5,6-pentahydroxyl-2-hexenic acid-4-lactone, 2,3,4,5,6-pentahydroxyl aldehyde, phenyl hydrazine or methoxy phenol. The telomerization catalyst adopted by the method has the advantages of existing in a reaction system in a homogeneous phase mode and being moderate in reaction condition and stable to air and can be used for catalyzed synthesis of lots of valuable polyhalogenated hydrocarbons.
