Optimization on the producing process for Rhubarb ultra-structural powder by orthogonal design

Objective: To optimize the producing process for rhubarb ultra-structural powder.Methods: An orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the producing process for rhubarb ultra-structural powder.The different producing technology on the effect of sieving rate was evaluated.Results: The optimum conditions for rhubarb ultra-structural powder by orthogonal test optimized process were as follows: 3% water in the process of production for 20 min by milling with ratio of bar to water of 20∶1.Conclusion: The result of this experiment is reliable.The sieving rate of rhubarb ultra-structural powder produced by the optimized process is high.So it is propitious to the batch production.
