Post Partum Pituitary Apoplexy presenting as isolated Third Cranial Nerve Palsy : A Case Report

Pituitary apoplexy is a potential life threatening endocrine emergency caused by an acute ischemic or haemorrhagic vascular accident involving the pituitary adenoma or the adjacent pituitary gland.
