Therapie der Lymphomatoiden Papulose mit Methotrexat (Fallvorstellung von 3 Patienten)

1998
Lymphomatoid papulosis represents a low-grade cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. Here, we report on three patients with type B lymphomatoid papulosis similar to mycosis fungoides. All patients presented typical skin lesions of papular or nodular type with tendency to spontaneous regression. In one case, molecular biological analysis showed the presence of clonally expanded T-cells in both skin biopsy and blood lymphocytes. In another patient, T-cell expansion was detected in skin material but not in the blood. When a systemic lymphoproliferative process was excluded, a treatment using 20-40 mg methotrexat weekly was initiated. After several weeks, complete remission of the disease was achieved in two patients and stable, partial remission in one patient.
