The World Health Organization (WHO) defines sexual health as a basic human right that includes the ability to enjoy and control sexual behavior and reproductive function based on personal and social values. This definition implies that individuals are free to express their sexuality without fear, shame, guilt, false beliefs, or other factors that may harm sexual relationships. It also implies that one should be free from organic diseases and other deficiencies that interfere with sexual and reproductive function.
